 Both of our automatic and manual adapters need an oil filter relocating kit, but this thin profile part is only needed by those who are using an automatic transmission. Some people that use the Automatic transmission adapter find they need a tight clearance oil filter adapter housing to be able to route hoses around the starter. This housing still requires the rest of the parts that are included in a typical oil filter relocation kit.
